Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NOVERGE collects, uses and protects your data, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the NOVERGE practice (Saudi freelance license no. FL-714850315). For any privacy request or query, contact support@noverge.net or 0536618079.

Request data: name, email, mobile, company/entity name, job title, and the project details you enter in the form.
Attachments you upload with your request, and bank-transfer proofs you upload to confirm payment.
Portal messages exchanged between you and the NOVERGE team.
Limited technical data for security: a hashed fingerprint of your IP address and browser, login-attempt logs, and cookies used only for the session and sign-in.
We do not collect or store card numbers or CVV data within the platform.

Executing the project and managing its journey from request to delivery: basis is performance of the contract between you and NOVERGE.
Issuing quotes and operational documents and tracking payments: basis is contract performance and legal obligations.
Communication and notifications about your project: basis is contract performance and your consent.
Protecting the platform and preventing misuse: basis is the legitimate interest of securing the service.

The hosting provider that hosts the site and database.
Resend, for sending project-related email.
Microsoft 365 / Teams, when scheduling meetings and generating their links.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; we ensure this occurs within the applicable legal frameworks. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep project data for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed for operational, legal and accounting purposes afterwards, then delete or anonymize it.

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent, within the limits allowed by law and by the requirements of performing the contract.
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@noverge.net; we will respond within the statutory period.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational controls to protect your data from unauthorized access or use, and limit access to what is necessary to deliver the service.
