How does a project start?
You send your request from the Start a project page in four short steps. You get a ticket number instantly, we review the request, then open Teams discovery slots in your portal.
When do I get the quote?
After the discovery call, once the requirements are confirmed. The quote covers line items, timeline and payment plan, and you approve it or request changes from your portal.
How does payment work?
By direct bank transfer. The account details and transfer reference show up in the payment stage, you upload the receipt on the same page, and we confirm the payment and issue your receipt.
Do I sign a contract?
Approving the quote from your portal, together with accepting the Terms, is our formal agreement. No paperwork, no waiting.
How do I follow progress?
From your portal: the current stage, updates and a direct conversation with us. Every stage change also lands in your inbox.
What happens after delivery?
A follow-up stage where we go through your notes, then a warranty on software defects within the approved scope for 30 days after final delivery.
Do you work in English?
